Job Description
We are looking for strong, self motivated individual leaders with experience and passion for the hospitality industry and customer service. If you are experienced in the following areas, then we want to hear from you. Tasks include: – Open o r close restaurant – Calculation of floats & registers – Staff task allocation / delegation – Monitor business levels for stock control – Preparation of staff rosters – Handling customer complaints – Adhering to OH&S regulati ons – Adhering to budgets & forecasts – Implementation of marketing strategies – Attending management meetings – Recruitment & staff selection – Staff training. Requirements: 1) Own Car (highly preferred) 2) Able to work rotational roster 3) Previous restaurant / food experience 4) Previous supervisory experience 5) Seeking a long term career This is an excellent opportunity to join the great team and also build your leadership.
