“The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate experience and abilities in the following:Building relationships with the Executive and SES Leadership teams within the business divisions.Influencing and shaping the overall direction of their team.Assisting with the development of delivery plans to implementDefining performance objectives to support delivery plan implementation.Highly developed skills and experience in analysing HR data to identify key workforce issues in the development of SES profile and succession management strategies. Extremely strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Lead and coach team members, and design and delegate work elements Collaborate with all sections in the HR branch to deliver on the greater HR Branch goals.”
