One of the worlds largest gold producers currently needs to add an enthusiastic and experienced Automation Engineer to its site based team in a remote WA location.
The role will be responsible for design and coordination of new and existing automation projects as well as breakdown and planned maintenance activities. Other duties include management of contractors on site, continuous improvement as well as getting the best out of the existing team of tradesmen.
You should hold a tertiary qualification in electrical or controls engineering, a certificate or training in management would be beneficial, as would experience in a similar role with fixed plant and infrastructure.
