C++ Developer – Algo Trading
My Client requires an exceptional C++ Developer with strong C++ skills to join a team developing critical applications for in house Front Office trading systems.
My Client is the largest independent trading firm in the Asia Pacific region, with a product range that spans five continents and 20 countries. In the next five years, my client are aiming for a trading presence in every listed product on every exchange in the world. This is a chance to be part of that success.
Since the close of the worlds trading floors, IT has become the right hand of their organization. With a large investment heavily in IT, developing sophisticated in-house C++ trading models and applications that take advantage of arbitrage opportunities.
My client are a C++ development focused team. They dont have Business Analysts or Testers so we have full responsibility for the SDLC from gathering user requirements to production deployment.
They are growing their C++ Automated Development team and require 2-3 algorithmic C++ trading systems developers who can collaborate closely with their Trading team to design, implement and optimise new trading systems and strategies in C++. They use agile development techniques to achieve rapid time to market, high quality, and flexible systems – crucial ingredients in the products and market we trade.
If you possess the following skills and experience you too can become an integral part of this dynamic team:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
-3 years commercial Object Oriented programming experience, C++ is preferred with a particular focus on low-latency, high-transaction systems, robust testing techniques
-A keen interest in learning new technologies and understanding market making and options, stocks and future trading
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work closely with traders
