Job Description

Key Tasks – Op en or close restaurant – Calculation of floats & registers – Staff task allocation / delegation – Monitor business levels for stock control – Preparation of staff rosters – Handling customer complaints – Adhering to OH&S regulations – Adhering to bud gets & forecasts – Implementation of marketing strategies – Attending management meetings – Recruitment & staff selection – Staff training. What we are after, 1. Able to work a rotational roster 2. Own Car 3. Permanent Resident/citizen 4. Quick Service Restaurant Experience 5. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
